Title:Night Messenger

Artist: KEN HAMAGUCHI

Set within the stillness of a traditional landscape, a solitary black cat appears as both a familiar companion and a mysterious observer. Respecting the original scroll while introducing a new narrative, the work positions the cat as a silent witness to the contradictions and shadows of human society. Beneath its calm surface lies a restrained sense of tension and inquiry, inviting reflection rather than demanding attention. Quietly, it asks viewers to look a little deeper.
